Fracture Systems Consulting LLC
Operating data & reporting for acquirers of services firms

Every acquisition on the same numbers

You are buying firms that run on relationships, recurring revenue and a producer's book: wealth management, insurance agencies, accounting and advisory practices. Each one arrives with its own CRM, billing system, custodian or carrier feeds, and books that agree with none of them.

We give you one operating model across all of them from the first close, keep it comparable as add-ons land, and tell you before you sign what the next one will cost to fold in.

One model, one set of definitions, however many firms come into it

At the platform close

Operating visibility

6 weeks · $30,000 · fixed fee · read-only from day one

We connect with a credential and change nothing in the systems your new team is still running on.

  • One model of the platform. Clients and households, producers, recurring revenue (fees, premiums, retainers), receivables and cash in a single model, however many systems they came from.
  • Revenue and margin by client and producer, fully loaded. Which books carry the firm, which clients are subsidised, and what walks out the door if a producer does.
  • Unbilled and leaked revenue. Fees not billed, premiums not reconciled, work done and never invoiced. This is usually the first time anyone sees the whole of it.
  • Onboarding, transfer and service SLAs. Where new clients stall and where retention breaks.
  • A monthly pack your board, your lender and your eventual buyer can read, produced from the system rather than assembled by hand.

Before each add-on

Systems and data diligence

2 weeks · $10,000 to $15,000 · credited against fold-in at close

Run inside your window, alongside quality of earnings and legal, not in place of them. Fee payable at close available for independent sponsors.

  • Systems inventory. What the target actually runs on, what is licensed, what is homegrown, and what nobody maintains.
  • Reproducibility. Whether the revenue, AUM or book you were shown reproduces from the custodian, carrier or billing records that hold it. Findings handed to your QoE provider.
  • Key-person and process dependency. What stops working the week the office manager leaves.
  • Fold-in cost. What it takes to get this firm onto your model and off the seller's systems, and by when. A number for your model instead of an assumption.

Then each add-on folds in, and it keeps running

Every acquisition is mapped into the model you already have, so month one of ownership reports on the same definitions as the platform. Nothing is bolted alongside. The retainer covers hosting, support and the monthly pack; add-ons raise the size of the model, not the price of the pack.

When you sell, the buyer's diligence team gets the same model you have been running on. The exit narrative is already written.

How it starts

Read-only.

Nothing changes in the acquired firm's systems, so the first phase carries no operational risk during the period when a migration would be most dangerous.

What you own

All of it.

Your data throughout, exportable in full in a documented format whenever you ask. Isolation is enforced at the database, not by application code.

How numbers are produced

Traceably.

Every figure opens to the records behind it. AI drafts, extracts and summarises; it never computes a number with financial consequence.

Built for private equity platforms, family offices, private wealth groups and other aggregators doing two or more add-ons a year in relationship-driven services, $10M to $150M enterprise value. Job-costed trades and contractors are a second track, on request.
